I had my first ultrasound last week at 9 weeks but found out I had a silent miscarriage at 5w5d. I have a follow up ultrasound on Monday but I know my dates aren't off so it's definitely a miscarriage. I was planning to have a d&c next week but today I'm feeling really strange. I feel light cramps and a fullness/pressure around my ovaries and some shooting pains in my vagina. I also sort of feel this pressure above my cervix. The only way I can describe it is that it feels like my uterus is going to fall out. I'm not really in any pain though. Do miscarriages start with signs like this, or is this still my body thinking I'm pregnant? I'm hoping not to miscarry until next week because I'm moving tomorrow and Monday and it would just be really bad timing. Thanks for anyone's input.
