concieving after stage 4 endo is removed

I just wanted to know if by having my stage 4 endo remove (due for surgery on April 10th) will improve my chances of concieving at all? I've been referred to have my eggs frozen as they won't accept me for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> until I'm 24 (I live in the UK and I'm 21 now)
