concieving after stage 4 endo is removed

ailie • Sat, Mar 28 • I`m 21, been ttc baby number 1 for 3.5 years, I`ve got stage 4 endometrosis. keeping hopes up each month <3

I just wanted to know if by having my stage 4 endo remove (due for surgery on April 10th) will improve my chances of concieving at all? I've been referred to have my eggs frozen as they won't accept me for IVF until I'm 24 (I live in the UK and I'm 21 now)
