Sorry to have wasted your time guys, I'm just gonna call it a negative. I was supposed to take it in the morning but I woke up having to pee like a race horse so I just took it, turns out I've only been asleep for 3 hours. I'll buy another test and check in a couple days when I can actually hold my bladder.
