OPK confusion, anyone having this problem

So I've been using Clearblue digital OP tests. My first few were low, then I took 2 in a row and it was Peak. I did not see a High at all; which I thought you would go through this phase first. The instructions say to stop testing once you get your first Peak. Well I did it 2 days in a row - and tried for a third day just to make sure and the test won't reset. It still shows the Smiley face from the day before. Anyone else experience this?
