Vaginal bleeding & 5 weeks

So yesterday I went to the ER due to sudden vaginal bleeding. It was a light to moderate bleeding that lasted almost an hour & then it stopped. I passed a tiny clot and after they did my ultrasound I saw a clot at the end of the transvaginal thingy. Every thing looked normal to them besides the big ovarian cysts. My blood work & pelvic exam were normal. They saw the sac & the yolk sac too but no fetal pole yet because its still too early. They cannot rule anything. Anyone had this happen? I had an orgasm (TMI) just 5-10 min before it happened. Could that be it? I've had no problems since yesterday after leaving hospital.
