CD 40...anyone else have crazy irregular cycles??

What do you do to try and help it out?

This is the first cycle I've used any thing other than accupuncture and prenatals.
I've started taking Metformin, then switched to Berberine (the natural form of Metformin), as well as using Progesterone cream.

Glow says my "Average Cycle" is 47 days.

Just wondering if anyone else is with me. ♡

I used to be regular 28 days every time but had a hemorrage and since the. The rest of the year has been so random I'm still waiting and it's now day 47 x

I have maca root also, just stopped taking it for a while. I didnt notice a significant difference after 6 weeks...i was impatient :0/  Was your cycle irregularities due to pcos?

I used to have super long cycles but since I started taking Maca Root supplements they are a normal 28-30 days
