Does an Opk digital test is 100% sure when it gets Positive?

Can it says it s Positive with that big smilay 😊 staying on the stick, and not beeing posiive for real? I mean is that possible that the test result is a wrong-positive? 😕

Answer

These tests measure an LH surge. A lot of leutenizing hormone in your urine. The surge usually means you will ovulate in 12 go 26 hours (after the solid smiley). Sometimes ovulation doesn't happen for some reason (stress, hormonal imbalance, etc) and you can get multiple positive opks in one cycle.. the last one before AF being the one where you actually ovulated after.
