Check with your hospital!  with my first, DH and I went to all the ones offered. We did infant care, breastfeeding, childbirth, car seat class. They were al great especially the car seat class - please go to one if you can, if not have firefighters or police inspect your car seat installation as over 90% of them are installed wrong!!!
The only thing I didn't like was that the childbirth class didn't talk much about drug free birth, they just assumed that we would all get the IV and epidural. Well not me!
This time around I'm doing a natural water birth so I'll be taking hypnobirthing and yoga classes 😊😊😊 but free info is never a bad thing!!

Ha ha! This popped up in my Timehop today! Funny timing. My husband was either napping or making fun of the classes the whole time. This is from classes with our second child. We're now expecting our 3rd. No classes for us this time. Glad I did the first time tho! Definitely recommend for first time moms!

I didn't do it with my first pregnancy and when labor came on I had really wished I had I ended up having a csec but if it would have been vaginal I don't think I would have been prepared  I have to do a csec again this time but I would tell anyone yes do it

Yes please! I need the help! No idea which type to try but I'm trying something! I also like the idea of infant CPR classes...
