5 weeks. Cramping and chills.

Would love to know if anyone has had experience with chills during their early pregnancy. I have been cramping just lightly for the past couple of weeks but all of a sudden intense pain, nausea, dizzy and chills. Hoping this means nothing but I'm terrified. No bleeding as of yet...:(
