I was right, it's her head :)
This week I felt a different kind of pressure and tenderness in my pelvic region, and when I pressed on a hard spot above my pubic bone it moved a little. I told my husband I thought it was her head, and at my OB appointment she said I am right! 30 weeks and head down...stay there baby girl!
