Everyone is different :) I do 2 sessions of LISS cardio and 1 session of HIIT cardio in a week. Along with healthy diet and weight lifting 5-6 days a week. I had a fat butt and was able to slow burn the fat on top while building the muscle from underneath :) that's how I've been doing all over my body. But keep in mind everyone's body is different and reacts differently :)
