Popping my back

Madisen • Baby #1 (handsome baby boy, Kaiden) born 9lbs 6.3oz, 22.25in long, June 16th, 2015 at 4:49pm with the love of my life.💕
Is there any way possible to pop my back on my own at 7 1/2 months?? My back is in so much pain and it just seems like that's the only way to make it stop.
