How did a miscarriage affect you?

At first we were crushed. And that lasted a couple days. Then I had the physical pain of it, which sucked. But my husband and I took it all in stride.

I always feel like I'm a horrible person, because so many women have these life altering experiences and still think about their pregnancy but I don't. I rarely think about it. Yes, I've had 2 miscarriages (1st @ 10wks, 2nd @ 5 wks), and it sucks, but we never dwelled on it. I think it's because I just keep reminding myself that I am not the first, and won't be the last. There's a large group of women who have been through what I went through.

At first I was crushed, but with time I was able to move past it. Don't get me wrong, I still get upset every once and awhile.  Make sure you have someone to talk to. You go through so many emotions as you move on.
