I had to have one with my first pregnancy. Was wondering if any of you ladies had to have a repeat episiotomy? Or did anyone tear and have an episiotomy the second or third time to avoid tearing. Just curious because my friend is also pregnant and she said her ob is considering c section for her this time to avoid the damage to perineal tissue. This is her third pregnancy. My second.
