Insomnia

So i have been suffering from insomnia for over a year now. I take sleep aids i fall asleep for two hours and wake up. I was wondering if anybody had any tips.

I didn't sleep for 11 nights. Struggled with insomnia for several years. I tried everything suggested to me. I was diagnosed with bipolar and take 50ng if seroquel and I sleep like a baby.

I agree with the essential oils, I've also used sleep aids, but I've tried to take something that is more naturally occurring such as melatonin or even valerian root is good too. Another thing you might want to try is deep breathing exercises. I use pranayama breathing techniques each night for 20 minutes and I've noticed I fall asleep faster and more deeply since doing this. I wish you much luck with solving your issue.
