Juicing? 🍓🍌🍊

Has anyone tried juicing? Did it work for you? I want to try it. There is even a documentary about it. How do you get started doing it? Any advice is welcome. Thank you. 😊

Juicing removes fiber from fruits & veggies - I prefer making smoothies (I love my Blendtec!)

Make sure you have more veggies than fruits & be careful not to spike your blood sugar in the morning.  My Dr. says to add whey protien to each shake to balance out the sugar shock.

Yes I've done it for 5 days and lost 12 lbs! It's crazy and I felt so good after wards. I've done it recently for a couple days hoping it helps me conceive

Checkout Fat Sick and Dying on Netflix! There is also Vegecated documentary which was very informative. I try to juice at least once a day and feel a huge difference.

I would loveee to try juicing but honestly buying fresh fruit everyday adds up financially.

I use juicing to help me get extra fluid since I'm kinda terrible at drinking water. The added benefit is the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Remember that very high vitamin C content is a miscarriage risk and not good for the baby. I can't drink citrus right now anyway, it makes me barf lol. I juiced watermelon this morning. So healthy and easy to drink. I also have been juicing cucumber. Just things with high water content, maybe throw some berries in there. I think it's a fantastic addition to your diet while prego and maybe would help with overeating.

We use to juice all the time. I stopped because of a personal experience years ago but my family still does it. Its great for the body bit its hard at first. I reccommend throughing out all of your food that isnt for juicing if your doing the full juice from the documentary. Do your reasearch first though different veggies do different things like kale is a big one for protein so you need it in like every juice.
