Bleeding a week early??

So I had sex on 24 March and 2 April. I took Plan B on the 24th; he pulled out. I ovulated the 25th through 1 April. This morning when I wiped there was dark bleeding on the tissue and in the toilet. Kinda heavy. Could this be an effect of plan B or implantation bleeding??
