My suggestions
Some are personal and some everyone will enjoy I've also taken it upon myself to email glow support with said suggestions already. Anyway here goes:
1) private messaging if we make friends we should easily be able to keep up with them
2) make Glow nurture compatible for my HTC EVO 3D
3) make it where we can delete our own posts and not have to email support for a post to be deleted
4) make it more compatible for women with irregular cycles
