Back pain

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and for the past 6-8 weeks I've had off and on pain in my back...always in the exact same spot. I asked my doctor and they don't seem concerned about it. It's always on my right side about halfway between my shoulder and butt cheek. Could it possibly be sciatica? I had one occasion where my butt cheek went numb and I had tingling in my leg but only once. It's not terrible pain just really annoying. Anyone else with similar issues?
