Busy losing weight... You can too!
Just wanted to let you guys out there who are looking to lose a bit of weight to try out My Fitness Pal.
I have been counting calories using this (VERY FREE) app and cutting out all carbs and all sugars and instead I've been eating REALLY healthy...
Add just 40 mins of stationary biking into the equation and I am losing weight!
This is by far the best route anybody can take if they want to shake off a few pounds.
