Does anyone else have awful in-laws?

Mine are dicks to me! My fiancés mother acts like he is still half stuck in her vagina! She can't leave him alone! She shows up unannounced, etc

My ex in laws were the worst. I'm so glad I don't have to talk to or be civil with that woman anymore. My current (soon to be) in laws are great though! They're good Christian people who love my kids like their own, they never judge anyone and they welcome everyone with open arms. They did such a wonderful job at raising my fiance and I will always be grateful to them. They gave me the best gift I could ask for. And I'm so happy to be a part of this amazing family!

Not my in laws yet, but my bfs parents are the stuff nightmares are made out of. His dad signed his name for the apartment he was renting and then never payed the rent, so his credit has been shot for about a year, we only recently found out because he applied for a job that required a credit check & he got turned down because of it.. (sucks because the job paid $22/h starting pay!) And his mother is just a monster. I don't know how he turned out so good.

My ex in laws were THE WORST. Now, I have the most WONDERFUL in laws in the world!! I don't even consider them in laws! They are my second set of parents! :)

When I first met my husband we would always joke about something sinister being wrong with him because he was so perfect (devoted, loving, a true gentleman). Well, it's not actually that funny anymore because his mother has turned out to be a narcissistic nightmare. It sucks and I hate having someone like that in my life but my husband supports me and we are trying to live with it.

My fiancé and I both do. His parents barely acknowledge him as their child, come into town to visit and don't even see us, etc. my dad is the same way.

Occasionally I'll butt heads with mine... I'm very different than them and I see things differently... But for the most part we get a long just fine.
