Back pain at 17wks and an L5-S1 fusion
Any other mamas out there who have had a fusion prior to getting pregnant? I had my fusion done 2.5yrs ago and am now 17weeks with increasingly worsening back pain. Not sure if there's anything that I can do (that I'm not already doing: yoga, heat/ice and Tylenol). Anyone have this issue and not have to be in bed rest???
