So I just started my third trimester and just started getting hemmorhoids. The thing is they don't even hurt. I'm very regular and have been going every day but they flare up when I go. And then they go right back in. So weird. So embarrassing. Sometimes it bleeds though and I'm noticing the flare ups are getting worse. I've seen a lot of remedies for pain but what can I do to just get rid of them??
