I need for sure way to have a baby we have been trying for so long and I don't want to do  treatment. What are some ways that I can get pregnant for sure.

Nothing is for sure. Each month depending on age you have a 25 percent to 35 percent chance of pregnancy. Just have a lot of sex,try to not stress,try to eat right, try and lose weight if you are over weight ,try to gain weight if you are under weight

Have sex every other day during your fertile days. Just relax and don't fret about getting a positive. I waited 6days after my missed period because I didn't think I could get pregnant again after my ectopic back in 2010. It was a miracle!
