Dry brownish patch under breast from bra?

I have this dry brownish patch under & between my boobs, im guessing it's from wearing a underwire so damn much even to sleep & now this is there, p.s it is NOT dirty! So don't even go saying things as such, I've been using cortizone for it. I want to get rid of it!

Exfoliate and moisturise. Why do you wear your bra to bed? Its dangerous due to it restricting your breathing

It's not good to sleep in a bra. Gonna make your boobs sag earlier! Trust me, I've seen proof lol

Maybe go braless for a couple of days? You'd be surprised at how freeing it is!

You don't need to wear a bra to bed. You'll be so much more comfortable without it.

Same thing has happened to me. I tried everything to make it go away and the only thing that helped was hydrocortisone. It does take a while to go away it took 2-3 months for mine to clear up. I HAVE to wear my bra to bed now that I'm pregnant. I'm large chested and to not wear one to bed is beyond painful.

I'd suggest wearing a sports bra to sleep in instead but try exfoliating and lots of lotion. I have it too and that helps some but not a miracle cure
