Neon yellow urine + itchy vagina

Has anyone ever experienced this? It doesn't hurt to urinate, but my vagina is a bit sore. I've already made an appointment with my doctor, but I can't shake this bad feeling. I guess I'm just so worried about my baby. Someone please put my mind at ease.
