I actually have a friend who named her daughter this. She added an "e" on the end though so it would be more obvious how it was pronounced. Her name is Ezrie Eileen.

It's different but not confusing when you look at it. I don't think people would question how to say it when they read it and it doesn't sound totally made up like some names! Go for it!
