Spotting

I've had spotting everytime I wipe for the past 5th days. This has never happened before. I'm CD15, not ovulating according to OPKs that I've been taking the past few days. Severe cramping and back pain, extreme fatigue. Irregular periods, and I usually ovulate on CD35. So, I know I'm not ovulating. Anyone know what it could be. The pain is really getting to me and I won't be able to visit my doctor until Monday. I need peace of mind. Any insight?
