Just because someone believes doesn't mean they automatically go to Heaven. If a child molester believes, he doesn't go to heaven. We (in Islam) believe goes to hell to be punished for his sins, then he may be allowed into heaven after a long period of punishment.

Likewise, a good person that didn't believe, but just did even one good deed out of the goodness of their heart that God liked (like giving a thirsty dog some water) would be granted Heaven because they deserve Heaven.

Suicide bombers, terrorists, murderers, rapists.. Even if they all claim to be in the name of Islam. Do you genuinely think we believe that they'll be in heaven? No.

We also believe that bragging about your good deeds lowers their value in the eyes of God. If you feed the poor, good on you. If you brag about it to show off to others instead of doing it from your heart, it's pretty much invalid.

It's not completely about faith. It's about how you live this life, more.

I wanted to write this out after seeing so many comments about God and religion in general. I, obviously, can only write and tell you about my religion, Islam. None of this is me trying to convert anyone, I wanted to clarify. Thanks ☺
