Thoughts About My Ex

Im happily married and haven't been with my ex for almost 4 years now but I can't get him out of my head...I don't know why? It drives me crazy. I love my husband and I'm tired of having someone else pop into my head at random times. I don't want these thoughts but they won't go away.
