I  curious how this works! My doctor told me they do not want me to have labor contractions, due to the risk of my old incision rupturing. How do they monitor you, and how do they have a planned section date not knowing when contractions will start. With my first child he was born 10 days early, I was at 3 cm a month before delivery n walked in at a 6 with no pain, my second starting to come at 33 weeks n I was given steroids and rest to stop it, I was at a 3 at 33 weeks, walked in at a 6 with no pain, And then she came 6 days early. I'm wondering how to plan for a planned c section if they don't want contractions to start. I am trying to plan childcare and schedules. And I am so lost???!!!
