Married and attracted to a Co worker

Hi ladies, I've been married for 2 years , my husband is a wonderful person but lately our relationship it's not the best, he's always tired and tells me he wants to be alone and relax , he spends most of his free time on the computer or playing video games, we rarely have sex , just once or twice a month, I really feel neglected by him. On January I got a job where I meet this guy , his name is Tom , he's so funny , always makes me laugh, and I feel he cares about me as a friend or so I think, the problem is since a couple of weeks I've been feeling this attraction for him, I find myself thinking of him even when we're not together, I've even had fantasies with him.

I love my husband, I really do , and I feel guilty for feeling this for my Co worker but sometimes I think it's just he gives me the attention I don't get from my husband 😢
