Weight
I'm 15 years old and I have been playing softball for 10 years. I am about 40 pounds over the weight I should be and I don't know any good ways to lose it. I can't run because I have really bad knees to the point where I had to quit sports this year. I feel that the only way to lose it is to stop eating. Do you have any advice or weight loss tips?
