Cooking at my new job

I just started working for the Tulleymore Golf Resort here in Michigan yesterday. We did a fraternity formal today for Ferris State University. We did steak, chicken marsala, rice pilaf, and green beans. We got great reviews today. I love what I do. How does it look?
