Possible twin loss

So, I was aver of this group until last week, when I had a miscarriage at four weeks. Went in for a follow up today, expecting that my hormones had gone back down to normal... And found out I might still be pregnant! Think it might have been twins and I lost one. I have to wait for more bloodwork on Thursday before I know what's happening, but keep your fingers crossed!
