Blood thinners vs. Baby Aspirin to prevent miscarriage

I am compound heterogeneous for MTHFR trying to decide if I should be on blood thinners (Injections) or just baby aspirin during my next pregnancy. My hematologist said the decision is up to me. I'm so scared to make the wrong choice! Any advice?
