I'm nearly 7 weeks pregnant I had an ultrasound on the 10th of april it showed a sac & yolk sac and I was told that it was too early to see a heartbeat im rescheduled for a scan this Friday however I'm so scared since a miscarriage last year however with this pregnancy now ive got further along & with my miscarriage i had no nausea etc. Ive been cramping and I was starting to get nausea a few toilet trips to the bathroom but mostly I just felt sick however yesterday & this morning I havent felt sick at all could something be wrong??
