Help sick!

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and sick all day it's horrible I've got a one year old as well been to doctors and they have prescribed me cyclizine hydrochloride  take one 3 times a day they have helped a bit but I'm still being sick and feel sick :( ginger biscuits don't work either :( Any tips?
