Yeast infection?

I think I got my first yeast infection so I used Monistat 3 and finished using it 2 days ago. I don't have any more cottage cheese like discharge, but I still have itching. Is this normal?

The monistat should have cleared it up so I'd go to the doctor just to be sure there isn't something else going on.

I am allergic to the otc stuff. But you may have bacterial vaginosis also. Go to the doc of you still have symptoms.

Monastat has never worked for me. I had a pharmacist tell me to use an athletes foot anti fungal cream and it works amazing! I get the equate brand at Walmart for around $5 and I use it when ever I get one and it gets rid of it.
