Help....

I am at work and I was helping one of my residents when all of a sudden I had a sharp pain at the top of my head followed by lightheadedness and getting really hot....then nauseous I threw up alil but had nothing in my stomach it was right before my break hadn't eaten since 7pm I'm going to the Dr tomorrow and I'll ask them but I'm just worried anyone know why this happened
