Spotting... Should I be worried? TMI Picture

I have been spotting since last night.. It was pink then it one point heavy like the picture below. From the on its just been pink spitting and I vomited this morning. Midwife is looking over what happened and will decide if I should come In. Could it be a MC? Please from experience only and don't scare me 😔

It could just be a small hemorrhage that instead of re absorbing, bled out. I had one my first trimester and they told me this could happen. The only reason they even knew I had one was because I had to have an ultrasound at 6 weeks and they saw it. My doctor told me not to worry, that it's fairly common, most women don't even know they have one because usually you don't have an ultrasound until 12 weeks and can be gone by then. Hopefully that's all it is!

Bleeding early in prenancy could be a miscarriage, but also could be from many different things & doesn't always mean a miscarriage. My 1st pregnancy I had bleeding early on, & unfortunatly it did turn into a miscarriage, then after I got pregnant with my son, & he was healthy, then had my daughter. I'm now expecting twins, when I first found out I was pregnant this time, I didn't know I was having twins yet, I started bleeding bright red blood, so was worried & went to the er. They did a ultrasound & everything looked ok, I was 6 wks 4 days & found out I was having twins. I has light pinkish spotting, then turned to a light brownish after that. I had the spotting for weeks, they found at the next ultrasound that I had what's called a subchronic hemorrahage, a blood clot in my uterus. It was 6cm, then went down to 3cm, & fully gone by 14 weeks. I'm 19 weeks now & haven't had any problems or spotting since. I was get it checked out just to be safe, just try not to stress about it to much,, goodluck!!

That happened to me when I was around 6 or 8 weeks, mine was a gush of blood! I freaked out & started crying thinking I'd lost my baby, but my doctor assured me all was fine & I didn't have any cramping & the bleeding stopped & didn't happen again. I'm 36 weeks now with a healthy baby! Don't worry yourself too much since you don't have any clots or cramping & bleeding stopped. I think you will be fine. Good luck hun ❤️

If your not having any cramping u should be fine good luck but I would be at my dr even if they told me to wait

What wk are u?
I had a bad bleeding on wk 9 (much more than this) went to the ER and saw a beautiful pumping heart ; )
Now I'm at wk 20.
