Bleeding at 8 dpo?

Based on monitoring my cervical mucous and according to 2 different apps....I am assuming I'm about 8 dpo give-or-take a day. Two nights ago after sex with hubby, I noticed some pink when I cleaned up. Very unusual, I thought maybe we had gotten too "rough". It cleared up and I didn't have any more until....two days later (this morning) I woke up to pee and wiped bright red with some clear fluid. It was quite a bit, like when I expect my period. It cleared up as the morning went on. Could this be implantation? I know mid-cycle bleeding is normal but this isn't mid-cycle. Have you had this experience?
