SO jurking off?

This may be a little long but I want to know if I may be over reacting. For the last month I have been sleeping on our couch reason being I am as comfortable on it as I am in my bed. Plus I don't have to deal with the dog jumping in bed with me. And I have been snoring really bad and I have been keeping him up at night. But here come the problem. I am 6 months pregnant and we have had sex 2 times in the last 6 months. And before that maybe 1-2 times a month. And it's not me, I am for sex any time and he knows it. But last night I was up later than I normally am watching a show and ended up going upstairs to change and brush my teeth. And I walk in and he is in bed on his back with the covers to his neck pretending to be asleep. His phone is not plugged in where it always is, but I don't see it. And the big giveaway is... he is pitching a tent under the blanket. I am so overwhelmed that I just change my cloths and walk out. I didn't shut the door all the way and I just stood outside the door for a few then I see him grab his phone does some stuff with it then lean over and plug it in. So when he is doing that the blanket falls down and I see his naked butt hanging out........ I then open the door told him that he was pathetic doing that upstairs when he knows I am willing and always ready down stairs. I really don't know what to do. I text him last night told him how I felt and all he said is he had a scratch so he itched it. And that everyone does it....
