Has anyone else felt sick after taking prenatal vitamins ?

My mom works at an obgyn office and they tell all of their patients to take them before they go to bed, that's what I do and I have no issues at all

I take them with a meal, then I'm fine.

I had to switch over to the humors because I would throw up no matter what I did with the hard pill. I would take them with a large meal, right before bed, you name it I did it. Since switching to the gummies I haven't had any issues.

They used to make me painfully sick until a nurse at my Ob office told me to eat before taking them and now I just take it with breakfast and have no problems.

I find that i get nauseous if i take my prenatals without eating. If i eat & take them then i am fine. I also find that if i take my prenatals at night i hardly have morning sickness the next day... (:

I had the same problem and ladies I now won't take any but the chewable prenatals just ask you o.b. for them I never had a problem after I started taking them no matter what time of day or whether I ate with them or not I was good to go

The trick is definitely having a full stomach. I have four babies and a lot of prenatal vitamins. No problems if I'm  full. If I try to get away with a banana and a vitamin for breakfast up it comes. Almost immediately.

I was getting really sick from them. I started taking them before bed instead of in the morning and that helped a lot.

I was still getting sick taking them at bedtime. I switched to Rainbow Light and haven't had any trouble since.
