Stomach help :(
I have a lot of extra fat, I guess you could call it, around my stomach area. I go to the gym, so I have muscle under it, I can flex it and it's kind of noticeable and you can feel it but it's just a layer of fat around my ab muscle so I need help, I am 16, I use this app to track my period and nothing else aha, just need help on how to loose the fat please.
