Stressed out with husband can't sleep 33 weeks

I am so disappointed with my husband. My husband is currently overseas and I'm in the USA to have the kids. His country is very unsafe as well. My husband owns companies and thinks of them before me and now he is doing it to his unborn children. I told my husband yesterday I'm scheduled at the hospital to have them May 29th he actually wrote me back he has no plane ticket and he is busy with work can I make it the 31st. I can't I'm a high risk birth as well I had two strokes in the past and I'm having twins. He still refuses to call me too after finding out I have to have a c section in which he knew about and decided to pretend he suddenly didn't know. So I haven't heard from him in over two weeks. I'm trying so hard not to stress but I feel I need to get the doctors involved now they said they will talk to him. This is so embarrassing and I just don't know what to do. I almost don't want him there if it's such a burden to be there for his first children's birth. I'm so upset I hope this stress won't harm them. Thanks ladies for listening you are great.
