Anyone else have a constant cold/runny nose?!

I'm currently 15weeks & It's been over a month of my constantly runny/stuffy nose, sneezing and itchy throat. Now I also have itchy/puffy sore eyes. The nose drip is only an issue when I'm laying or sitting down. When I'm standing for awhile (like at work) it seems to clear up- thank god. But otherwise I sleep next to a box of tissues and have been sleeping so terribly and the sneezing is giving me migraines now. Ugh I feel like I've had a cold for over a month. I looked it up and it could be pregnancy rhinitis? Maybe something to do with allergies. Does anyone else feel like this? :(
