Yes. It's just Tylenol with benadryl. Both of which are on the safe while pregnant list. I took them in my 3rd trimester with my first pregnancy. Haven't needed them yet

I was told yes it's ok but I try not to take it to often. My husband keeps reminding me Dr said it was perfectly safe but I limit to 2-3/week. I used to have to take a sleep aid nightly
