Anybody else got something like a flu for a pregnancy symptom ??

I have like a cold or flu and a friend told me she got the flu as a pregnancy symptom ... Well now I'm really sick !!! Coughing , headache , stuffy runny nose , a lot of phlegm sore boobs lots of discharge I feel like I'm dying !!!! Please help
