One kidney missing

Our 20-week scan detected the total absence of our baby girl's right kidney. Apparently unilateral kidney agenesis occurs in 1 in 750 births. All other anatomy looked normal, but of course we're very concerned. Awaiting results of genetic testing to rule out other syndromes and gauge possibility of it affecting future pregnancies.
Anyone else dealing with this, or living with one kidney themselves? Such a hard day today.
